Is Your Training Not Going Well?
Bert: As i'll get inspiration, i'll put it down on a spread sheet. And then, you know, one of two things happens,. either i really like it, and i run it for a while, or i'll run it for about a month, six weeks, and i'm like, this thing sucks. BERT: I think too, as coaches, we're in a good position to get satisfaction out of progress that other people are making. It's just helping other people make gains when i'm not living vicariouslye ther, right?
