Itinerancy Guaranteed Appointments

To be more progressive or liberal, there has to be a certain element of security underneath it. And with what's going on in in the united methodist church, much of that security is dissipating. So let's go to guaranteed appointment for a moment, just just to talk about that little whatever we want to call it. I it was a wonderful idea. You got to look at why it was started, having the guaranteed appointments. It was a way to keep people, keep churches staffed at all times.
