All of these can be used to... To be able to progress the overload somewhat. How does load increase progressive overload? That's an easy one, right? Adwait, how about reps? Well, yeah, reps. What about tempo? Well, take an exercise that you could do 10 reps with. Slow it down. And slow it down. Now you can only do seven reps, right? And so now you've progressively overload the body. So all of these are equally important and some of them are more important than others depending on who I'm talking to.
