Luther Castile and the Movie Natural Born Killers

Castile had run-ins with the law ever since the 1970s he had a significant number of priors dating back to when he was 16 years old. The motivation for his prior crimes appeared to be money so did this movie really have an effect or was this just a self-scripted show that's a question by the end of 2001 it certainly wasn't the movie that was going to be going to trial but how and is the movie going to factor in?
