Jeremy Allen White just won a Golden Globe but in the category of comedy and musicals. Why is the rest of the world taking all this so differently than some of us? That's a good question. I think that comedy is the way that this is being introduced to a wider audience. Not everyone has to aspire to Noma level dining or even fine dining at all. There is room as everyone knows for all kinds of restaurants. However people like Renee, people like Faron Andrea, Alain Duques, Alain Pazard, Thomas Keller have taken the notion of perfection really far in the last 20 years.
