The Myths About Menstrual Cycle Nutrition

There is really no evidence to suggest that you should be doing anything different with your nutrition based on menstrual cycle phase. I actually think those recommendations can do more harm than good. It's a huge leap to go from maybe this hormone could do this to therefore we need to completely overhaul somebody's training and nutrition for potentially half the month every month. Is there any other myths? That's a really nice one actually are there any other things that you've seen flying around the internet world or you've just heard that are just like that's not correct.
