A lot of brands kind of optimize their entire journey, both on the acquisition side and on the retention side by focusing on here's what works. And I think you're probably trying to kind of figure out a little bit of both. Paid ads are not about what are we saying that's going to make our brands down the coolest and sound the most on brand. It's more what are our customers saying about us and what are the words that you're using? Are they using this word or are they use this word, if that makes sense,. So that's where I would start tally it up, do a word cloud.
