Habits Are the Best Foundation for More Behavior
Habits are the best foundation for more behavior in any area. So if you're aiming for one push up a day or 50 words a day, you can always do 10 or 20 pushups or a write half of a book in a single day if you want. There's no ceiling in many habits. It's just you have to meet that minimum. You're literally forming a mini sized habit because you're repeating it every day. And upon habits, you can build more of that behavior.
