Queen Margaretta was 31 when she succeeded to the throne in 1972. She became the first Danish queen for six centuries, creating a huge moment in dance history. Ashley Byrne travelled to Copenhagen to meet Kel Oleson, who had regular audiences with the Queen over affairs of state.
