Is the Google Earth Engine a Good Example of a Cloud Octmiz?

Google earth engine would be a good example of somein i don't believe the forments they're using their background are open at all, but they've created this entire eco system which seems to be functioning incredibly well and very lively as well on terms of th development there. That might be the only sort of really great example I can see of someone creating an entire eco system that is essentially closed. And indeed, planet has been one to push them because, ye y, our a hndred % correct. They have an internal format that is pretty similar to a cloud octimize gotif with the same performance characteristics. But yet, is there their internal format before we actually launche cloud
