Don't just give em the whole purchase price, even if there's some seller financing. You might have cash down, 250 grand, 200 grand, note from the cellar carrying back. With that note as well. Then another 50 that says i'll pay five grand a month for ten months or so. And be specific about what you want in this contract. It's an absolute. I mean, tat you're going to pay lke a thousand bucks for au business or something, but you ot broout ten hundreds of thousands of dollars.
