Coaches, Don't Rush Things, Becoming an Average Student of the Game
I've noticed a lot of really good coaches going in too quick, too hard and then within a few years, they disappeared off the coaching team. So my attitude would be, take your time, you know, don't rush things and learn as much as you can along the way. There's no automatic success here, you're just going to have to really work out it, so don't put yourself under pressure,. Just enjoy the process as much as I possibly can and become a real student of the game. And that idea, you mentioned the technical and tactical stuff, that obviously is a big, big, big part of it, obviously you have to have that kind of knowledge.
