Is There a Recommendation to Stop Aspirat?

I'm staggered that so many people are disor taking asperon. We tend to like simple rules, right? And maybe asperons are available over the counter without a prescip and once things get out where we think things are beneficial. I feel like i don't have any patient that are sneakily taking extra things behind my back. But maybe maybe i'm not asking the right questions too.
