Gramsci's Argument That Everyone Is a Legislator
Gramsci writes, quote, since all men are political beings, all are also legislators. Every man in as much as he is active contributes to modifying the social environment in which he develops. In making this argument that everyone is a legislator, Gramsci is asserting I think the power must be analyzed not specific to the state but across society.
