Anthony Blinken's Speech in Finland

Anthony Blinken's job title is supposed to be our top diplomat, but he does it when it comes to Ukraine he does no diplomacy. He spent the first six months of the of Russia's invasion, refusing to even speak to his Russian counterparts Sergei Lavrov. The blueprint he laid out for Ukraine is just Ukraine becoming increasingly militarized. And so he's not going to be able to deal with Russia.
