Account Based Engagement (ABM) Is More Important Than Sales or Marketing?

In essence ABM is actually more important than sales or marketing I think so and this is where maybe marketing in the title was not such a great idea back in 2003. Some companies like Microsoft start to call it account-based engagement and that's where you're bringing in customer success. It has to be done in partnership with sales and other parts of the business also thinking that you can buy a shiny tool technology tool and think you can do ABM are wrong as well.
