How to Make a Protein Recovery Drink

A protein recovery drink also helps with recovery and rehydration because protein helps pull water into other spaces too. For recovery, it's all about increasing the leucine concentration in the tissue. You can either use 10 grams of branched chain amino acids in a fluid or go with a whole protein like the way in case in combination. The best recovery food out there is nonfat Greek yogurt as it gets out of your stomach quickly but if you're making your own, you can do a typical protein drink and then have a banana.
