Andy Warhol's Jack Nicholas

The Jack Nicholas painting evokes 86 masters for me despite the fact it was done like seven years prior to the 86 masters. Andy Warhol took 80-something photos of Jack Nicholas in a hotel room he wanted a golf club for Jack Nicholas to pose with and Jack didn't bring his golf clubs so they had to go around and find a golf club that could be used as a photo subject. It's just been my personal uh grail you know when I think of Andy Warhol I think his sub-devies and Christie's in the great auction houses  and the fact that we get to put this auction is just like honestly amazing.
