i think for many people, there will actually be this interesting re definition of how work plays a role in your life. My context is very much western us centric, where people a big part of their identity is their career. And so i think the people that choose to go in no mattr round, will get more exposure to this idea. I do wonder how america keeps up, because so many people are tied to their single, concrete employer through their health care. So as this trend of having a more liquid work environment emerges, it's just a matter of how soon.
