The stores were not designed to help people learn how to do stuff. So Apple created a new position called a Creative Pro, teaching you all about your device as the Genius is to repairing that device. And then we put in these huge screens and seating depending on the store for up to 150 people. We also stopped calling the stores because you could buy products faster cheaper anywhere.
