Product Marketing - Is This Something That Anyone Owns?
As a product marketer, when it comes to pricing and you're trying to assess, is this something that anybody owns? And is this something I could potentially take ownership of or at least drive the needle forward and form this committee? Just go around and ask people, why are we pricing it the way that we're, we are today? If they're not able to give you a really good answer -- well, that's the price it's always been. It's probably a good indicator that it's time to start having those critical conversations.
