i don't think these things are symmetrical on defense and offence. On offence you need some level of energy, because there's only one ball. It's not the exact same thing as building a good offence without an offensive super star. And at least to me, it seems that all of that has pretty huge implications for how we think about great defensive players or like their team's defensive ratings. But even how we thinking about great offensive players and what they're able to do on teams without really acknowledging the support and coaching inst ture they have on defense.
