Should Technology Be Subordinate to Culture or Is It Subordinate to Technology?
Should technology be subordinate to culture? I think they are roughly the same thing. They are both being ruled by evolutionary processes. Rationality has very little to do with it. Most people have contradictions built within their thought process, and they don't even notice it. There's no way of saying should making some moral judgment about this.
