The last named mechanic we saw was ascend, where you can go through a ceiling. I first thought you had to see that icon on a ceiling for that to be an available power. As long as there's a ceiling, you can use it anywhere. And not only a ceiling, but like a cave, which was what he showed at the very end of that. So instead of using your stamina to climb, you could just go through it instead.
