I think a lot of the hard mental struggles people go through is often about looking back too much. And you've got to try and live in that moment to keep your eyes moving forward. Alex Honnold's incredible feet on El Capin, one in Oscar for Free Solo, was a supreme example of being in the now. I'm always thinking, gosh, wow, because we've all messed up. We've all hurt people.
