CHAPTER

The Role of Speed in Biceps Tenders

There will be pain around the intertiburricular sulcus, and the bicepital grove. It's difficult to be certain about this from palpation, but it may help to localise the symptoms. Speed for one person will be not speed for somebody else. Someone who hasn't done 10-pin bowling in a considerable period of time could be overloading their biceps tender with weight.
