How do you not be critical of your work when you're self esteem as well? Yeah, how do you honestly judge your work? That is actually thank gosh. So yeah, the other thing that I wanted to say in addition to that is that there are two different kind of ways that you can be, you can be critical or you can kind of exercise judgment about your own work. And I think a lot of people confuse these two things and call them the inner critic,. but I actually believe there's kind of two different entities.
Denise Jacobs teaches us how to banish our inner critic. She motivates us to realize what we’re capable of creatively. She encourages us to overcome the fear of the unknown by turning that fear into curiosity. She also guides us into how to ask for feedback in a way that’s healthy and beneficial to us.
