The Importance of a Good Culture in Business

Netflix is one that I have really like dealt with from a competitive position. So many of these great businesses value or not valuable to think about is size them up as competitors, as sports teams and athletes. One of the things we really pivoted on is we pivoted from thinking about businesses are assets with people managing them to networks of people. If you had a good culture, all instead of ICE team, who was able to use technology correctly, you could all communicate the robustness that builds in is same.
