Rachel Starwithers: I'm shocked at the number of people who are so proud of the fact that they only get four hours of sleep a night. They call it hustling. Well, I was on call last night. I slept four hours last night. Do not recommend get your sleep because I am exhausted today. It's very fascinating to me. If you're managing bipolar disorder, sleep is even more important than it is for people who aren't. We as humans need sleep.
