i admire people who are like that for sure, because i think it takes ta level of feeling comfortable with yourself. Sometimes the only thing you can do is to let these emotions pass. But other times there's things that you can do to kind of actively fight these things. Instead of being like, i feel bad, i'm trying to see, like, do i feel lonely? Do i feel sad? Do I feel unhappy? And pin pointing an exact emotion ad in that way, i'm not just like, god, i feelbad, and it might be these ten causes. It's probably like, oh, i feel overwhelmed, and it may be these two causes.
