How to Set Bigger Goals

I love that. I just shared this yesterday, whereas like we create goals because it creates a tension between our current selves and our future selves. And there's a sweet spot there where it's like, okay, that's a stretch and it's going to be a challenge. But there's a feeling of, I think I can do this if I try really hard and give it everything I've got. If you go outside of that sweet spot too far, like if someone were to try to copy you and say, oh, I've never made a dollar online, but I'm going to go for a $5 million a year business, it's so far out of the realm of
