The Relationship Between Running and Knee Pain
JF: It's quite surprising that we would perceive running as high load loading on at the knee joint. Yet can you paint a picture around how it actually relates, how it correlates or compares if you like to the forces of that occur at the knee when we walk? Yeah. And then with the older athlete, the older runner, that extra caveat or scorecard, if you like, which is, is there any increase in stiffness the morning after? Absolutely. If you do have a way and you know about it, no increase in swelling the day after. So I think, you know, those those points are really key in knowing if you're doing it right or not.
