I did 30 days where I did a high dose melatonin, worked up to 60 milligrams of melatonin every single night for 30 days. Just track my sleep with that. The only other things are water with lemon and apple cider vinegar, and then eating more vegetables. So it's pretty innocuous. Pretty healthy. And how many times a year do you recommend people do it? I mean, use as needed. It's not like it's not a huge deviation from the norm. If you did it on it, like on a monthly basis, there's nothing bad is going to happen from that.
