You really are an inspiration and have been an inspiration to so many. What's next for you? Well, we have a very exciting clinical trial. The main hypothesis is will one of these intervention diets lead to better quality of life at six months than the control diet. If what I'm able to show that brain volume loss in MS is three times as fast as healthy aging. That will be just phenomenal.

Dr. Terry Wahls oversees clinical trials at the University of Iowa. She also has secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, which for four years kept her in a tilt-recline wheelchair. Dr. Wahls used a food and lifestyle plan she created specifically for her brain to regain her health, and she is now able to ride her bike to work every day.
