The 10x Engineer Thing Is a Real Thing
In a pool of 3,000 people you all have the same technical level how do you set yourself apart and if you can figure out what those special skills are that you bring to the table then that is going to make you stand out above all everyone else. I think like the 10x engineer thing like is a real thing like I think that actually exists so I think there's people are great but I think most of that comes from context. Most of the people that I see that are by far the most effective in companies are just people who understand how all the pieces fit together because something pops up.
