Nicholas alverdiand he grew up in foster carere here in rhode island. He sued d c y f and made it his mission to fight against what he described as abuses in the states care system. Nicholas aliverdian refused to pay the 207 thousand dollars the executive office of health and human services said he owed for various medical expenses. To this day, the legislation has not been passed.
