How to Measure Your Hand Grip Strength

The hand grip dynamometer is a very useful tool to assist you in that diagnosis. The degree of severity will definitely tell you whether something is mild, moderate or severe. And also, if you are going to assess further from there, it is a guiding tool. So what we like to do is because our boxes come on weekly camps, so they usually come on a Monday and leave on a Thursday, we'll use it like a monitoring tool. Rather than overemphasize the hand grip, test them on the first day, say a Monday, and then we'll treat them throughout the week. We'll reassess them again at the end of the camp and use that week by week
