In 2021, Japanese police arrested 5,000 people for clandestine photography. It criminalizes the act of taking photographs of people being manipulated without their knowledge and sexual positions. You can't film children in a sexual manner without just a viable reason. But Japan's finally trying to close a lot of loopholes that vary from state to state.
