The Importance of Genetic Quality in Human Capital
From a strictly capitalistic perspective, genetic quality is comparatively wasted anywhere else. And then ultimately, spontaneous current and economic incentives suck in talent to optimize its exploitation. But the problem is that we're going to get this on a much more massive scale, right? It's not just going to be you moving from kind of your village to the big town that's 100 miles away. We're talking about like going across the world to Singapore,. So this is a much higher kind of concentration and a much wider net that it's throwing out.
