Do You Have a Progesterone Hormone?

The most important part about the luteal phase and being acutely aware of what you should be changing is really leading that last week before the period starts again. The hormones are actually peaking at their highest point. You're having the biggest changes in things like you have a 12% increase in your protein needs because progesterone is catabolic. So it's hard to build lane mass. We see a decrease in our availability to excess carbohydrate because progestersone is pulling it all into the endometrial lining. There's a whole bunch of things that are going on underneath as well as the immune system change, where we can see where we can still push it in the high hormone phase
