Achris: Most of our dead lines are self imposed. Particularly's true in our work with client, we have said, by this date, you will get this thing. But the analogy i always make is like, when you're geting work done on your house, and i'm not a plumber, i'm not an electrician,. I need them to tell me, like, here's roughly what you're looking at, and here's how long it's going to take. That just doesn't work in nearly every business context. And so it's critical for us to say, ok, we've internalized your needs, and here’s roughly what it was
