How to Get Transferable Thinking Working
In our first year, we generated courses that had no coherent content. The breadth of application was very much in the background. And over the years, what we realize is that breadth of application isn't the background. It's the only thing that really matters, right? Your depth of mastery is useful, but the difference between a very good to very, very good is practically irrelevant. We've seen that to really get transferable thinking working, you have to think about in a multidimensional way.
