There's a lot about a keto diet that makes it inherently a higher satiety diet but then the question is can you do even better. Well to do even better means I have to eat skinless chicken breast and plain steamed broccoli which sounds miserable for a lot of people. You absolutely have to have fat in your diet if you go too low in fat you're just going to be hungry again wayWay too soon so there's kind of this spectrum where like pouring oil and everything would be bad, he says. There's probably a pretty good range where you know fats you know 40% of your calories or maybe 30% or 50% or 60%.
