The type of person you're looking for, it's probably 80% of the Japanese population versus a creator, which might actually be 1 to 5%. And so I like how going the franchise method opens you up for that much more hiring possibilities. But we should probably also discuss the people that it's not suitable for, right? Because if you end up buying into a franchise operation that is completely alien to everything that you wanted to do with your business, you're not going to enjoy the relationship or do very well as well.
