China and South Korea - What's Going to Happen?

The prime minister of Japan has gained the two thirds majority that is necessary to propose a constitutional amendment. The only part of article nine that theyare thinking about changing relates to establishing the leg timacy of japan's military. I don't think there's no question that chinais going to try to make hay of this, says Andrew Kuree. But i think at least in southeast asia, the fears about a remilitarized japan are not all that significant.
