I agree with the judge in that case who said certainly as a civil matter, it was more likely than not. It was likely that Donald Trump have committed federal offenses. I mean, look, if all these people are being prosecuted and convicted of conspiracy to interfere with a federal proceeding or seditious conspiracy against the government, then certainly Donald Trump has got to be implicated too because he was the one who set all of these events into motion. Is there anybody in the country who would be willing to say with a straight face that any of this would have happened if Donald Trump had just accepted the results of the election? That's pure cultist thinking.
