The way the world has worked since really the end of the 60s is something called structural adjustment. And that's when you see the behavior of these institutions change and they start to become neo-colonial. So instead of going in and just like taking and stealing and thieving, which is what they used to do in imperialism, again, the Spanish conquest, the Americas, et cetera,. That's been replaced with debt.
