Class Room Instruction
A teacher mentioning that they have a same sex spouse is not instruction. The word instruction is ambiguous, and the a te ban on instruction in a manner that is not age appropriate or develop mentally appropriate for students. But who is determining then whether it's that piece of instruction was appropriate in accordance with state standards? And so you've got some real due process vagueness issues here.
