Massachusetts Millionaire's Tax

Voters in Massachusetts will be deciding on a millionaire's tax. The amendment would add four per cent to all individuals who earn over one million dollars. If it passes, 99 point five % of massachusetts residence would not be effect by this amendment if it passes. There is very little evidence that where taxes like this have been levied, rich people have moved.
