Are You Hiring Based on Capabilities?

Dean Obeidallah had a revelation that i was hiring based on capabilities, not values. Some one with the right capabilities will not out perform for me someone with the same values as me. You can give a b opportunity to an a player with the right values, or you can give an a opportunity to some one with or values who works hard. I've been hiring people with the values that i want, and putting im in rolls that they've never even done before. They're the best employees i've ever experienced in my entire life because i hired based on values, notbased on capabilities.
